      What to check for.

We show you no seals. We tell you what to ask any provider for, including us.

      1. The RAL quality mark GZ 902.

It requires independent audits, a transparent price list, pay under the collective agreement and a manager with a master craftsman certificate in building cleaning. gggr.de ↗

      2. DIN EN ISO 9001.

Certified quality management means processes are written down and errors are recorded. Ask to see the certificate, not just the logo. dinmedia.de ↗

      3. The collective wage.

Since 1 January 2026 the minimum wage in German building cleaning is €15.00 per hour (wage group 1). Anyone pricing below it is saving on the shift. gesetze-im-internet.de ↗

      What clients ask first.

How do you get into the building at night?

With a key or fob you hand over to us. It lives in the safe at our base; whoever takes it is named in the shift record. We disarm and re-arm your alarm according to your plan.

What happens when someone is ill?

Every shift has a stand-in who knows your building. You learn about it from the record, not from a dirty office.

      Who provides materials and machines?

We do: dosing systems, microfibre, scrubber-dryers. You provide power, water and a lockable room.

What if you are not done by eight?

Then we write the time in the record and do not bill the full shift. That is how this concept study prices it: the time is the promise.

      How long do contracts run?

Twelve months, then monthly notice. The first four weeks are a trial period for both sides.

      Does Vor Acht really exist?

No. Vor Acht ("before eight") is a concept study by DevStudioCraft. Names, bases, figures and the record are invented; the notes on RAL, ISO and the collective wage come from the linked sources.

      Clean by eight tomorrow.
